Titanium Aluminum Powder "TAS Series"

Affordable domestic products! They are used in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and thermal power generation.

The "TAS Series" is a powder of titanium aluminum intermetallic compound with a Ti-48Al-2Nb-2Cr (at%) ratio. By using a manufacturing method that does not rely on conventional gas atomization, it is possible to provide irregularly shaped powders suitable for powder metallurgy and spherical powders suitable for 3D printing and MIM at a high cost-performance ratio. There is a high demand for lightweight heat-resistant materials, and we are developing powders that eliminate the disadvantage of poor machinability. 【Features】 ■ Domestic product ■ Inexpensive ■ High cost-performance ratio ■ Ability to provide irregularly shaped powders suitable for powder metallurgy and spherical powders suitable for 3D printing and MIM ■ Development of powders that eliminate disadvantages *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
